Once you complete an activity, add to your Student Opportunity & Achievement Record (SOAR). You'll receive a record of your time spent in the activity to use when you're applying for jobs or opportunities. Employers want to hire new graduates who have experience, using SOAR is a great way to stand out during the hiring process.
SOAR acts as a Student Experience Record (Work-Integrated Learning courses you have completed) and a Co-Curricular Record (ways you are involved at NorQuest outside of the classroom). We know you have superpowers - use this to show employers your amazing skills and experiences!
